Do you provide breakfast?

Yes, a Japanese and Western buffet style breakfast is available for a fee at S-cafe on the 1st floor.
Price: 1,430 yen (tax included) / Free for infants and toddlers, 720 yen (tax included) for elementary school students.
Business hours: 6:30am - 10:00am (last entry 9:30am).
Please note that the free breakfast service will end on January 15, 2024. -
Is the breakfast venue ever crowded?

It may get busy depending on the time of day and the day of the week (especially on weekends). If the restaurant is full, you can bring your meal to your room.

Yes. There are vending machines selling soft drinks, alcohol, and cup noodles on the 6th floor.

No, we do not have them in the building. They are available at a nearby convenience store.

There is a 24-hour coin laundry in the vending machine corner on the 6th floor (300 yen per wash [2 machines, detergent is automatically dispensed for free], 100 yen for 30 minutes in the dryer).

Yes. Both wired LAN and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms free of charge.

Do you have LAN cables available for rental?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with air purifiers and humidifiers.

No, we are sorry. The heating and cooling systems are all managed centrally. Please note that the only adjustments available in the guest rooms are temperature and airflow.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided in the guest rooms. To purchase amenities such as toothbrushes and razors, please feel free to choose from the Amenity BAR located next to the automatic payment machines at the front desk on the first floor.

Are there yukatas and other indoor wear and slippers available?

Yes, the guest rooms are equipped with one-piece nightwear and slippers.

Can I go out in my pajamas and slippers?

We apologize, but please only wear masks inside the building.
Traveling with Children

Can children sleep in the same bed as their parents? What is the fee?

Preschool children can share a bed with their parents free of charge (up to one child per bed). Please note that towels and amenities are not provided for children sharing a bed.
If you would like towels and amenities, or if your child is elementary school age or older, the same price as an adult will apply.

Yes, there is a fee. Parking fees are 1,500 yen/night for outdoor parking and 2,000 yen/night for indoor parking.

No, we are sorry but we are unable to take reservations. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis after 3pm.

What kind of parking is it?

The hotel's parking lot is a flat parking lot. Please be aware of vehicle height restrictions (up to 2.9m outdoors: 1 car, up to 2.5m indoors: 2 cars).

If the hotel parking lot is full, can you show me other parking lots nearby?

Yes. There is a parking lot within a 1-2 minute walk. Please inquire at the front desk.

Can I leave my car in the hotel parking lot before check-in or after check-out?

The hotel parking lot can be used from 3:00pm on the day of your stay until 10:00am the following morning. Please note that it cannot be used outside of these hours.

Can I leave my car parked during my stay?

Yes. We have special colored cones, so please place the colored cones in the parking lot before leaving.

Can I park large vehicles such as high-roofed cars (over 2.1m) and minibuses?

The hotel's parking lot can accommodate high-roofed vehicles if they are within the height limit, but large vehicles such as minibuses cannot be accommodated. Please contact us and we will introduce you to a parking lot that can accommodate large vehicles.

Can I park my motorcycle?

You cannot park in the hotel's parking lot. We have a partner parking lot that can accommodate your request, so please contact the front desk for details.

Can I park my bicycle?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a bicycle parking facility.

Can I get a receipt for parking?

We will issue receipts for the hotel parking lot. Please note that we cannot issue receipts for parking lots in the surrounding area.

In accordance with Sanco Inn Hotels' rules, lost property will be stored for up to three months after your departure.
(Food, drinks, perishables, newspapers, magazines, etc. will be disposed of.)
Regardless of the type of item left behind, we will not be able to contact you.
If you have reported your lost property and it has been found, we will return it to you as follows:
① Upon arrival, please hand it over at the front desk (in principle, in person)
②Send the item to your specified address, cash on delivery (only within Japan. Shipping overseas is not available).

No, we have a 24-hour front desk.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Yes. You can use it up to 2pm (1000 yen/hour after 10am). However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation on the day.

Can I check in before 3pm?

Yes, early check-in is available for 1,000 yen/hour.
However, this depends on the cleaning situation, so please be sure to contact us in advance. -
I'd like to send my luggage in advance. Can you receive it?

Yes, we can keep your luggage. Please make sure to write the date of your stay and the guest's full name on the slip. Please note that we cannot keep refrigerated or frozen items, fragile items, valuables, or cash-on-delivery items.

Can I send luggage from the hotel?

Yes, we collect your parcels once a day (at 10:00am). We have shipping labels and cardboard boxes (for a fee) available at the front desk. We do not offer refrigerated shipping services.

We do not accept applications from parties other than those under contract with the hotel.

Can people other than guests use the guest rooms? (including for short visits and meetings)

No, we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the rooms. Please meet with guests in the lobby.

Both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station are one subway stop away, about 10 minutes by taxi, or about 20 minutes on foot.

Your order will be completed by around 6pm on the same day (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, and the New Year holidays).

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue the card at the hotel. Please apply for the card through the website where you made your reservation. For details, please see the reservation website.

What is the cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
Cancellation on the day or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
*For parties of 10 or more, a cancellation fee will be charged from 7 days prior to the event.
2 to 7 days before: 50%
The day before: 80%
Same day/no-show: 100% -
Can I change or cancel a reservation I made through the official reservation site?

If the check-in date or the hotel's designated time for changes/cancellations has passed,
Changes/cancellations will no longer be possible on the official booking site (tripla).
The deadline for changes/cancellations can be confirmed on the reservation confirmation screen to which you will be redirected.
If you wish to make changes or cancel after the deadline, please contact the hotel directly.
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation regulations.
*If you wish to extend/shorten your stay period or change the number of guests, please make a new reservation.
