[Advance Check-in Service] Start Information
▼What is advance check-in?
We have introduced a pre-check-in service to reduce congestion at the front desk and shorten waiting times for customers.
To check in, enter your 4-digit reference number on the terminal at the front desk, confirm your accommodation information, and your card key will be issued, completing your check-in! We aim to make hotel check-in quick and easy! We aim to make check-in stress-free.
▼How to use
[STEP 1]
The hotel will send you a URL for advance check-in (to enter guest information) and a 4-digit reference number via short message (SMS) or email.
Access the advance check-in website from the URL in the body of the message.
*Emails will not be sent to customers who made reservations through certain websites or travel agencies.
・Examples: Reservations on overseas websites, tours run by travel agencies, etc. ・Reservations where you do not provide an email address or mobile phone number at the time of booking, etc.
[STEP 2]
When you arrive at the hotel, go to the self-check-in machine and enter your 4-digit reference number.
After your guest information has been confirmed and payment has been made, a card key will be issued and check-in will be complete.
Check-in is completed smoothly without the need to register your accommodation information again.

*There are cases where you cannot check in using the "4-digit reference number."
Please stop by the front desk in the following cases:
・If you have booked multiple rooms in one reservation.
- When identity verification is required for discounts or plan benefits offered by local governments.
- If additional payments (such as parking fees) are incurred on top of the reservation fee.
*We are offering advance check-in to make the process smoother upon arrival.
It is not mandatory, but you can also check in when you arrive at the hotel.
