Regarding the power outage that occurred in the area around 9am today, Wednesday, March 4th, power supply was restored around 11am and we are now operating as normal.
We are also conducting safety checks on the facilities in the building (elevators, air conditioning, hot water, lighting, Wi-Fi, etc.) one by one, and all facilities are now available for use as normal.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our guests staying at the hotel and those planning to stay today.
We will continue to prioritize safety and strive to create an environment where you can use our services with peace of mind.

A widespread power outage has occurred, including in the surrounding area, since around 9:00 a.m. today, Wednesday, March 4th.
The power supply to our hotel has also been cut off, and elevators, air conditioning, hot water supply, some lighting, Wi-Fi, etc. are currently unavailable.
