[Regarding the issuance of qualified invoices and receipts (invoices)]
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Sanco Inn Hotels.
Regarding the invoice system that started in October 2023, please note that when making a reservation through an overseas accommodation booking site (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.), if you pay in advance by online card payment, etc., we do not support the issuance of qualified invoices and receipts (invoices) in Japan.
For customers who require a receipt (invoice)
-If you are making a reservation through an overseas accommodation booking site, select "Payment locally" and make the reservation.
- Make a reservation through a travel agency or accommodation booking site in Japan.
★When making reservations, please use the Sanco Inn Hotels official website.
Please note that if you make a reservation through an accommodation reservation site other than our official website (including the overseas sites listed above) and use advance payment such as online credit card payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt.
If you are an affected customer and require a receipt, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the accommodation reservation site or travel agency through which you made your reservation directly.
We have informed you in advance so that you do not have to worry about receipts. If you are considering staying at our hotel for business purposes, please be careful when making your reservation.
We kindly ask for your kind understanding and patience.
