[Warning] Important notice regarding reservations made through certain overseas booking sites (Agoda, etc.)
Thank you for always using Sanco Inn Hotels.
Recently, we have confirmed cases where customers using overseas booking sites (such as Agoda) have experienced the following problems:
■ Major problems: Reservation details were not properly communicated to the hotel, and the room could not be secured.
- The information provided is different from the room type or date reserved, and the correct room cannot be provided.
- The name and other details of the person making the reservation were sent incorrectly, and the hotel was unable to confirm the reservation.
- The reservation is arranged through a route different from the reservation site you used, and the hotel cannot confirm or search for it.
- The reservation is sold under conditions that differ from the hotel's cancellation policy.
For these reasons, our hotel may not be able to change or cancel reservations made through overseas booking sites.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you have any inquiries regarding your reservation, please contact the reservation site you used directly.
*Overseas booking sites (such as Agoda) are businesses based overseas and may not be licensed or registered with Japanese government agencies or local governments. As a result, they may not provide services in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations.
To prevent such problems, we recommend making reservations through our official website.
