[Advance Check-in Service] Start Information
Thank you for your continued patronage of Sanco Inn Hotels.
Sanco Inn Hotels is gradually switching over its core hotel systems starting December 1, 2025 (Monday), with the aim of further improving its hotel management system and customer service.
Accordingly, at stores where the system switchover has been completed, the [advance check-in service] is now available on some reservation websites (please see below for details).
We will continue to strive to improve our services even further, so we hope you will take this opportunity to use our services.

To improve congestion at the front desk during check-in and reduce customer waiting times,

To check in, simply enter your 4-digit reference number into the terminal at the front desk to confirm your reservation details. A key card will be issued, and check-in is complete! We aim for a quick, easy, and stress-free hotel check-in experience.
▼How to use
[STEP 1]
The hotel will send you a URL for pre-check-in (entering guest information) and a 4-digit reference number via SMS or email.
Access the pre-check-in website via the URL provided in the text.
*Emails will not be sent to customers who made reservations through certain websites or travel agencies.
Examples: Bookings made through overseas websites or tours offered by travel agencies; bookings where an email address or mobile phone number was not provided at the time of booking.
[STEP 2]
Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the self-check-in machine and enter the "4-digit reference number".
After your guest information is verified and payment for your stay is received, your key card will be issued, and your check-in will be complete.
You can complete the check-in process smoothly without having to re-register your accommodation information.

*Please note that check-in using the "4-digit reference number" may not be available in some cases.
Please stop by the front desk in the following cases:
- If you have booked multiple rooms with a single reservation.
- When identity verification is required for discounts, plan benefits, etc., implemented by local governments.
- If additional charges (such as parking fees) are incurred beyond the reservation price.
*Pre-check-in is offered to facilitate the check-in process upon arrival. It is not mandatory, and you can also check in upon arrival at the hotel.
