In addition, we also offer a trial stay, where you can learn about hotel services from the customer's perspective. After completing the training, even after you are assigned to each hotel, you will be assigned to a senior who acts as a trainer and will carefully guide you through the day shift work.

Although this varies from person to person, you will be able to work independently and start shift work within about a month and a half.
We will support you in your career advancement by providing support according to your stage, such as an interview three months after joining the company and one-year follow-up training, as well as training targeted at specific purposes and targets, such as customer service training and training for managers.

STAFF INTERVIEW

I used to work part-time in a restaurant, so I was mainly looking for customer service jobs when I was job hunting. That's when the career office at my university recommended "Sanco Inn." I was impressed by the young employees, including the manager, who were very active. During the interview, they created an easy-going atmosphere, and I was attracted by the open corporate culture, so I decided to join the company as a new graduate.
Many of my seniors and juniors joined the company mid-career, but most employees joined with no experience in the hotel industry.
Anyone who enjoys customer service can work as a front desk attendant.
Working in a hotel means there are many happy moments on a daily basis, such as customers checking out with a smile or returning to the hotel multiple times. You will often receive nice compliments, so you will feel a sense of fulfillment.
Furthermore, night shifts, which may seem tough, are actually popular among front desk attendants because there is always at least 22 hours between the end of a night shift and the next shift, allowing for plenty of free time.
After work, I also enjoy my daytime hours on weekdays by going to the bathhouse or going to the movies.
