Sanco Inn Hotels[Request regarding the use of mobile batteries, etc.]
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Sanco Inn Hotels.
In recent years, there have been reports of accidents both in Japan and overseas involving overheating and fire caused by mobile batteries and other products with built-in lithium-ion batteries. To ensure a safe and secure stay for our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points.
■Power management when going out or sleeping When going out or sleeping, be sure to unplug mobile batteries and electronic devices from the outlet.
■Precautions when charging When charging a mobile battery or electronic device, place it in a safe place where it will not fall, and avoid using it in the following locations.
- Near a window exposed to direct sunlight - On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
■Safety checks while charging While charging, please always check the condition of the device (heat generation, deformation, strange odors, strange noises, etc.) and use it within your line of sight. If you notice any abnormalities, please notify the front desk staff immediately.
For safety reasons, please use mobile batteries that have the PSE mark. Products that do not meet safety standards may overheat or catch fire, which could result in a fire.
